Alyssa + Corey were a delightful couple we got to film a wedding video for last fall. And, it was fun for us to be so close to home, shooting a Fort Collins wedding video at the Tapestry House. This gorgeous wedding venue, the intimate group of friends and family, and the brilliant smiles on Alyssa and Corey’s faces all made this a wedding film to remember.
Swipe Right Meeting
Alyssa and Corey met in the most romantic of ways—on Tinder. And Alyssa, with her snarky sense of humor likes to remind Corey that she almost swiped left and passed him up. But thankfully they did get together and there was on instant connection. As the saying goes, “when you know, you know,” and so Alyssa and Corey got engaged just six months after they started dating.
While Alyssa jokes that she blacked out through the proposal, it was simple and beautiful. They two picked out the ring together online. Once it shipped to their house, they took the box up to their room, both a little afraid to open it. But once they did, Corey asked Alyssa to be his bride, and she said yes!
Fort Collins Wedding Video at the Tapestry House
Alyssa and Corey had an intimate wedding at the Tapestry House in Fort Collins, Colorado. Surrounded by close family and friends, the two exchanged vows, rings, and committed to stand by each other through the mountains and valleys of life. One of their favorite moments from the wedding was watching their flower girl, Quinn, bask in the glory of having all eyes on her when it was her turn to walk down the aisle. And as for Alyssa, she was glad to take a big sigh of relief when it was all over!
After the wedding, Alyssa and Corey honeymooned in the Dominican Republic. They had the incredible opportunity to zip line, explore freshwater underground caves, and meet interesting people! And moving forward, they’re looking forward to growing in their relationship as each other’s best friends. One day, they’ll start a family. But for now, they spoil their fur baby, Charlie Murphy.

We asked Alyssa what it was like working with the Aflātis team, and Alyssa shared,
“Working with Adam and his team was a dream because I didn’t have to do any weird poses or anything. I honestly didn’t even know I was being recorded.
We wouldn’t recommend any one besides Adam and his team. Everyone was so relaxed, personable, and gentle. I was very comfortable. Oh, AND I WAS ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY BY THE VIDEO. I even thought I looked good, so that was everything! Oh, and [when I got the email with the wedding video] I woke Corey up at 4:30 AM to watch the video and sobbed…at 4:30 AM.”
