It only takes a few seconds of Amy’s bright laugh and Greg’s warm smile to know this couple is a special one. And we were so excited to capture their Manor House wedding film this past summer in Littleton, Colorado. Before we get into the wedding day details, here is a little more on how the couple first met and fell in love.
Chicago to Colorado
Amy and Greg got to know each other working for the same company and began dating when they hit it off. They have spent time living in both Chicago and Colorado. So, we were thrilled to capture some incredibly fun footage of them in Chicago as well that we weaved into their Manor House wedding film.
When it came to the proposal, Greg surprised Amy after she returned home from a work trip. He prepared a path of candles that formed a heart, champagne, flowers, and of course, asked Amy to marry him.
Travel-Themed Manor House Wedding
Travel is very special to both Amy and Greg, as well as in their relationship. In fact, when they visited Paris together was the first time they told each other, “I love you.” So, it only made sense for travel to be the theme of their wedding. Accents included suitcase décor and a map for the seating chart.
One of the most amazing parts of their wedding was simply seeing all their closest friends and family in one place. Amy also treasured walking down the aisle with her dad and Greg was touched by his friends’ speeches.
Then Comes the Baby in the Baby Carriage
Amy and Greg honeymooned on the African Island of Mauritius. On this island that looked like a dreamscape, they rented scooters, hiked the stunning Le Morne, and ate some incredible food. And since their honeymoon, they are expecting a baby, due this upcoming summer!
